♥ We believe in humanity before vanity. Matts & knots can be very painful to remove & we reserve the right to refuse to dematt a dog if it will cause too much pain. We will discuss this clearly with you when you drop your dog off for it’s groom.
♥ We do give free lessons in how to brush out your dog so matts are no longer a problem. Just ask, we’re happy to help!
♥ Naturally we prefer friendly, well-behaved dogs, so if your dog is hard to handle we’ll be sure to let you know & in some instances if we need to use two groomers, we may charge extra.
